For games that new, I don't think you'll be able to run them on a cheap one. Your standard laptop really isn't even designed for gaming, as the parts are crammed together really tight, making heat dissipation from the cpu and gpu difficult. You get more space saving at the expense of smaller, less powerful, and harder to cool parts. You could buy a gaming laptop, but it would be way cheaper just to buy a used desktop about a year two old that would have what u need to play Diablo III. That's several grand verses a few hundred dollars. I'm all about classic 8-bit gaming myself, which works great with my cheap, 2008 hp pavilion. I've also run Quake III and Halo I, but anything past that is too much for my machine.
