You guys just aren't careful enough. I use XP and have been going on the Internet without using an antivirus and never getting struck with a malware attack. I do play safe and scan just to be sure, but otherwise, all good.

Ubuntu used to have the option of installing itself as a Windows program, but that was removed in 13.04. It was never the ONLY way to install Ubuntu. I used to use Ubuntu from 2008 until 2012 before moving on to Debian and never used that option.
