I have Crapcast. I have em for cable too & they raised my bill a couple times after they claimed they updated my internet speed at no charge. I had lots of problems with em when I lived in Louisiana cuz my net would go down at least one night a week & whenever I'd call they'd want to send a tech over. My internet would start working again around 4 or 5 & the tech would tell me they were doing maintenance at the time of the outage. I also always had to ask for a credit on my bill for the outage. I feel they should give everyone an automatic credit for outages & their system should tell tech support that they are doing maintenance.
