Kind of ugly, but it works for threads with more than one page, enjoy. also works when viewing sub-forums.
to use: 1.- install autopager
2.- Maybe after you install it, when you visit WP it'll say: "Found code for WP, install?". Press Yes.
if you did not see any confirmation window, do the next:
1.- copy the below code
2.- right click the Autopager icon, select "Import > From clipboard"
3.- enjoy
