A wee problem for my fellow geeks nerds aand scientists...3774'5 you can join in to :D

This is a linear acceleration problem if you like them i will post more

Some of your kinematics equations are incorrect. The second one should be:

v^2 = U^2 + AS

The last one should be:

S = UT + (1/2)*AT^2.

Remember, the last one can be derived by calculating the time integral over the first equation. The problem is quite simple but I don't know if I'm allowed to post the solution here. I'll first see what others come up with.

Remember!! !

V=U+AT

V^2 = U^2 + 2AS

S=U+(1/2)AT^2

Its linear acceleration not kinematics

Solve for t:

v*t = 1/2*a*t^2

then plug in answer in

s = v*t.

Problem solved!
