did you pm me?

sorry, the site was having troubles, and i'm not experienced with the net (except on iphone).

i remember having a bit of trouble wondering how to reply to something recently on this site.

if i replied publicly to a private msg, i apologize. my policy is to reply with the same status as what i'm replying to.

wp seems better today, so if it's still working well tomorrow i'll spend some time reviewing the faqs or whatever to see the details.

(i'm used to twitter, where replying from @ is an @, replying from DM is a DM, etc)

i'm coming here from my email, clicking links and -- in this case -- responding to what i'm thinking is a question to me from talleyman.

it's late and i need to sleep!

so just ignore this, i guess :?

eh? :? I've not PM'd you.

I suggest that if you reply to any of my comments made in particular threads that you put your reply in the same thread. It is a bit confusing for everyone creating disjointed thread posts aimed specifically at me.

then i hit reply.

then i type my reply.

then i submit it.

is there some other method? i don't control where it goes after i hit submit.

i don't seem to have any trouble in other threads, so i'll just be done with this one then.
