Anybody uses? Tell me your opinions, it looks interesting, maybe I'll buy it.

I've always been interesting in using one of those pens.

I saw someone else use it. I think it's a very helpful tool. If recording lectures on tape is part of your accomodations, then you should get it, in my opinion.

I have one (provided to me by the disability office... ironically not for my own use but to take notes for someone else) and while it has some neat tricks, it's a bit complicated to deal with and not the most comfortable writing implement in my hand. I generally prefer to just type notes. The recording feature is probably its best aspect, but honestly you can do that just as well with any number of cheap devices.

I have one of these.

It works really well, although it was a nightmare to install.

I'm not so bothered about recording audio, but I do love the fact that I have whatever I write down as a digital copy.

I have the "Pulse" variant of this as part of my note-taking accommodations.
It is quite useful, the best bit being the digital copy of notes (as mentioned earlier) and being able to convert my somewhat illegible handwriting to text form. This enables other people to actually read my notes. The audio is variable in success, but then I'm more visually-oriented anyway, so no big deal.
Having the extra copy of the notes on your machine is probably good if you're prone to losing the paper form...
