No, I don't mena the ones that try to find where you are... I mean the ones where you can keep track of the meltdowns you have, amount of social interactions you get, routines you might have... that sort of thing. I can't keep track of it in my mind and if I had a special tracker that could do that for me... then it help when I had to see my psychiatrist and I would know when I had a meltdown or a sensory overload... something like that.

Does anyone know free software or an online tracker that does that? D:

I highly doubt there is pre-written software for that.

Maybe try private blog and make sure no one is able to access it but you.
Then create categories for all those and post a "blog post" for each thing you want to log and keep track of.
Maybe even calendar software in the blog?

I do something similar to what was suggested to you, except I use my gmail account. All I do is compose a letter, and when I am done, save it. Google auto saves frequently anyway, so if something happens, you haven't lost much. Plus, the 'drafts' label is searchable. When I need to print it out and give it to someone, I just copy it into a word document, and voila! Instant report.

If you want to keep it really simple and easy why not just use a paper based diary?
