Video converter for fraps

I need smoothing which help me with converting Fraps raw file to smoothing smaller, in Windows 7 i used Windows Movie Maker, but that unfortunately doesn't work in Windows 8 so i need converter fraps raw file.

You can actually download Windows Movie Maker for Windows 8. I guess that would be helpful.
