what kind of discrete GPU's will fit in my motherboard?

That is, they have NO PCIe slots, and I can't put anything in there?

Correct. Buy a Dell Dimension the next time. ;) That's Dell's jack-of-all-trades line, and if you overlook the cheapest models, they usually have free PCI slots.

If ya want real fun, get a Mac Pro tower. Last I heard, Apple's been using nVidia GPU's in their towers, although you special order ATI GPU's for those machines.

Okay but I am confused as this guy seems to be installing a video card in there...Also if my PSU isn't up to snuff, could I buy a new one to power a nice card?
