Hi everyone.

I have been busy for the last 6 months with a project called Géoly.
It is a mobile phone application that involves everything from buying, selling, renting, exchanging and even giving away used second hand items among it's users.
Its core mechanic is to post or request used items in a radius location based from your phone. Through selecting and saving your categories users with the same active categories will receive a real time notification to their mobile phones whenever an item pops up that relates to their chosen interests.
So that's the basic idea and function (+ some extras in development).
One mans trash is another mans treasure. That's the idea, and to reignite the interest of good old barter and trade.

I thought that I'd share this with you tech guys in the Computer section since I'm not very active on other social places (like FB, Twitter etc.) and thought you'd appreciate new stuff regarding technology.

We have a Indiegogo fundraising campaign right now but I don't know the rules on this when it comes to posting on the WP forum.
Been working hard and thought I'd share my work and that maybe if you like the idea tell someone else.
Just want to spread the word of my work and give you tech interested people something new to check out and add your thoughts and comments on the campaign site if you like what you see.

Right now we're trying to spread the word further, as many eyes as it can reach basically.

We really want this to work both because it's our project of course and because we ourselves feel like this is a very good addition and option for everyday social interaction and trade of items that would otherwise gather dust. Because other options might be to much of a hassle when it comes to getting rid of your old stuff that might be useful to someone else.

We are really proud of this and keep working hard because we look to create something that will be beneficial to people and not some time sink mobile game that keeps people focused and stuck on fictitious progress.
