Help with IPhone 5?

Hi, everyone - I've had an IPhone for a few months now, and I love it, but I'm still figuring out all the ins and outs of it...for instance, how do I organize my apps? I mean, how do I do the thing that makes all the app icons shimmy and shake, allowing me to move them around and consolidate them into categories (such as Games, Shopping, Social, etc)? My younger sister did it for me once, but she did it so fast I didn't have time to study her movements or see exactly how she did it. Thanks in advance!

Hold your fingertip on any app icon. After a second or two, the icons start to shake and you can drag them around. Tap any icon to go back to normal. At least that's how it works on older iPhones, if I remember correctly.
