1.ITS INAPPROPRIATE TO USE THE WORD GAY IN A SENTENCE LIKE "thats so gay"! !! !!

2.If you want the shittiness of vista,go for it because ALL prebuilts have vista.

Here's a very good one, $1,067 dollars and includes monitor :D
costs $649 but I'd recommend adding a DVD burner, an Intel Core 2 Duo chip, and an optical mouse

http://www.dell.com/content/products/pr ... =dhs&cs=19

Here's the listing that I'd recommend:

Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E4300 (1.8GHz, 800 FSB)
FREE Upgrade to Genuine Windows Vista™ Home Premium w/1GB memory
1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz- 2DIMMs
160GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache™
Dual Drives: 16x DVD-ROM Drive + 16x DVD+/-RW
19 inch E197FP Analog Flat Panel
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3000
Integrated 7.1 Channel Audio
My Accessories
No speakers (Speakers are required to hear audio from your system)
Dell USB Keyboard and Dell Optical USB Mouse
Logitech QuickCam Fusion Web Camera
No Floppy Drive Included
56K PCI Data Fax Modem
My Software
Microsoft® Office Home and Student 2007
McAfee Security Center 30-day trial
Trial pack- Basic and trial products from Corel and Yahoo
My Service
1Yr Ltd Warranty and At-Home Service
6 Months of America Online Membership Included
Also Includes
Mouse included in Wireless, Laser or Bluetooth Package
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader 7.0
Integrated 10/100 Ethernet
Award Winning Service and Support
Windows Vista™ Premium

you can get a cheaper one, in the $600 dollars range, just check that it has 1 GB of RAM memory.

1.Yes it is inappropriate because that makes you bigoted.

2.I don't always turn threads into dramatic ones.

3.If its a dell,HP,gateway, etc then it IS a prebuilt computer.

you're welcome :)

You can save a few bucks choosing a smaller monitor (17"), I'd recommend going to a store and checking the size, maybe 19" is too big for you :P

I choose not to include an antivirus because there's already a very good one called AVG, and it's free! A friend who works at an university recommends it, and is the one he installed in all the computers there.

My thoughts on a new computer system. At this point get a min. of a 3 gigaherz processer, 1 gigabyte or more of system ram, 256 megabyte video card, 1 gigabit network card, usb 2.0 ports, 500 watt power supply. Buy a lcd display apart from the rest of the system if you want one. I personly do not think of computers systems as having model numbers or a brand. heeh :-) I put the parts together myself and some parts are tricky to get in right. Most brands have a pick what i want with the system addins page were you can add a webcam.
