The #wpops command is now just #ops. The #ops command will work in private message as well as in a channel. In order to use it in private message you must add the channel you would like to report.
In the channel:
#ops anderson kicked talby because talby insulted elevator music.
In private message:
/msg boten #ops #wrongplanet anderson is rude and strange
You do not have to give a comment to a #ops command:
/msg boten #wpops #wrongplanet
