I want to make my own Linux distro, but, I have the following problems:

1) How do I boot Arch Linux from my 64GB (or 128GB if I can find a affordable price) flash drive?
2) How do I make a mockup of my own GUI?
3) Where can I find tutorials teaching me how to use C with Linux?
4) Where can I find tutorial teaching me how to use XML with Linux to design my GUI?

Look into GTK+ 3. It's a neat cross-platform GUI library, which is used for GNOME. If you want to design GUIs for it with a program and export them as XML, look into Glade.
I used GTK+ for a program with a GUI, and all I can say that it's easy to use and learn, even without Glade.

I think you have to press the correct function key when the PC is starting up,then you get the setup menu which gives you boot options, booting from USB stick might be on the menu

I meant installing Arch Linux to a USB stick to boot up from the USB stick.

If you're just copying the .iso do:

dd if=foo.iso of=dev/whatever

It's been awhile since I've used Arch, but doing a full install to USB shouldn't be any different than installing to a hard drive- with the caveat that if you want your install to be portable you need to install the bootloader on the flash drive.
