"mini PC"

I had a cheap windows tablet break on me... And so I want another computer on a limited budget... Ie I wanna spend 150 dollars or less in total.

I was looking on Amazon and stumbled across "mini PCs" and I'm thinking of getting one and hooking it up to my HDTV and getting more memory either a microsd or USB drive... Then getting a keyboard, I already have a wireless mouse. I'm not going to be gaming in this computer, just looking for something that would run Windows 10, Microsoft Office and some open source image editors and can surf the web... Or should I just find a used touchscreen windows tablet again or regular computer...

Maybe buy a used office desktop PC, like an old dell i7-2600. Even a first gen i7-920 can easily run windows 10.

I have restarted used computers by downloading Ubuntu (linux) to a drive and installing it as an operating system instead of windows. It is a lot cheaper (usually free) and the cost of the license for the windows operating system is usually more than the cost of the older computer.
I have had several old desktop computers simply given to me because people had them sitting unused.

Windows 10 is free to download from Microsoft's website and works just fine without a license, the only difference really is that you can't change your desktop wallpaper with an inactivated copy of Windows 10.
