hi, could anyone reccomend me a video capture card that supports pal 60 so i can make halo machinima and montages, i am struggling to find a suitable capture card card :cry:

Go here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTSC

Search for "Color encoding" then you'll see a chart beneath it, which pal is yours?

The ATI TV wonder does support pal, as far as the faq goes IMHO.
