how to make bittorents download faster

Okey I have download Vuze by Azureus now when i'm downloading songs or I get a yellow face saying "that I may have a NAT problem" how can I fix this (if it helps Im using a site called btjunkie.org and the OS is windos Vista 64 bit)

Use utorrent, I find it to be much better

Azureus has sold out, Vuze is full of spyware.

Use uTorrent or the original Bittorent.
