any video that I like gets an message saying that the video is not there any more and the ones that are still up get block do to prental controls my mom had to instill on my account

Maybe ask you mom to take them off, she may have the parental controls on there for a reason.
Some of the stuff on youtube shouldn't be watched by under aged people.

i tryed but she said no because fo some weird email from some one in my school. all I see on you tube are music videos
