Yes, and I can name a few directors that might have Aspergers Syndrome. 60%  60%  [ 15 ]

You're asking the wrong question... "Would people like to see a film by an autistic director?"

How about "Would people like to see a film by an artistic director?" "Would people like to see a film that's good?" "Would people like to see a film by a neurotypical director?" "Would people like to see a film that has a new take on an old subject?"

Unless you're making a film specifically related to Autism or AS, and want to lend "credibility" or something... it's irrelevant.

Yes, there will be extra challenges... but that has nothing whatsoever to do with one's ability to produce a good product. Just means you may have an unusual way of getting there.
