I have quite a few.
Comedy:
Office Space

Printers with rollers of any sort should be obsolete anyway.

Animation:
The Iron Giant: The scene where the Giant is convinced Hogarth is dead and ends up turning into some giant weapons droid. The end climax with the missile makes it my favorite.

Other:
A Clockwork Orange

Quite a few memorable scenes in this movie, but the "Singing in the Rain" scene always cracks me up for some reason, probably because it's so over the top demented. (This clip cuts out the part where Alex starts to rape the woman for obvious reasons, so yeah, pretty messed up stuff, it's a classic movie though.)

The Hertz Donut monolog from "The American Astronaut" (This has plenty of NSFW language)

It's basically a shaggy dog story so don't expect any payoff to the joke, but there is something absurdly and darkly funny to the whole thing.

My 2 favourite film scores are Jerry Goldsmith's theme to Star Trek The Motion Picture and John Williams score to Superman.

"You didn't let me finish my sentence. I said, I'm not gonna hurt ya. I'm just going to bash your brains in!" Jack Nicholson at his most unhinged:

The Fountain has been the movie I've most recently been obsessed with not only because of it's music but because of it's complexity, symbolism, and morals. I especially love how it's primary moral "Immortality is acchieved through death" can apply to almost all religions as well as Atheism and Agnosticism. The Fountain is the only puzzle movie I've seen. By that, I mean that the movie is one big puzzle for you to dwell upon. It takes intense thought or multiple to fully understand the thing, and even then, you may not be right. It greatly angers me that this film was hounded by critics who couldn't understand the film at all or who were to close-minded for the film to have registered with them. I believe the director said "It was a movie about death. And who wants to pay to go see a meditation on death?"

Here are my favorite scenes from the movie all in chronological order.

How strange that the Mayans chose a dying star as their underworld.

Death is the road to awe.

The main character's wife dies of her cancer right as he finds out that the cure for it has been found.

All these years...all these memories of life without you. It was you...you pulled me through time.

Death is a disease, and like any other disease there is a cure. A cure... and I'm going to find it.

The final ten minutes are absolutely amazing. Even if you haven't seen the film, I don't think these scenes would spoil much because they are very confusing and won't seem to make much sense unless you've seen the film.
