And any of that generic American "comedy" they churn out each month. It's neither witty nor remotely entertaining.

Most comedy movies anymore suck. Then again, the average movie sucks but we watch movies for the few amazing movies each year out of the giant pile of crap studios churn out for a quick buck, and well, bad comedies tend to be pretty cheap to make and likely still turn a profit. There are the few gems here and there, I thought Ted was actually really good, but if you aren't a fan of Family Guy style humor/pop culture references the comedy might not do it for you. Unfortunately most of them turn out to be crap like Date Movie and Meet the Spartans.

Probably no one watches this anymore, but I think Michael Moore's documentary,
Fahrenheit 9/11 is a very overrated film, if not the most overrated documentary ever.

There are many more but Avatar is at the top of my list. It's so unoriginal and clichéd. It's pretty though, and that's what audiences seem to like.

The first half of Prometheus is alright, until it descends into a real head-scratcher.

Monsters Inc.

I saw it when I was 10 and I HATED it. I couldn't stand to see the lttle girl "Boo" crying. Plus the movie had a bunch of other elements that I didn't like. I started crying along with her. How embarrassing is that?

To be honest, I don't see what the big deal is about this franchise. I have never seen any of these movies -- and there's no way I'm going to, either.

Check out Infernal Affairs if you haven't. It's the movie that The Departed is a remake of. It's much better.
