The Dark Knight is over rated to the 9th Degree. The fight scenes are ametur in that film it just fails to hold your attention span and is too random at times. The fight scenes in Batman Forever where much better. The Dark Knight is a good film but its not a work of art like some people say it is. It would have been better if the film was more kid orientated as well so as to appeal to a bigger target audience.

"Wah wah i dun lyke teh Dark Knight cuz it not for kids." Stop acting like an old fisherwoman and pull the tampon out of your arse. There were only 2 fight scenes with a series of weakling Two-Face thugs in Forever, Batman isn't meant to be a celebrity. At least Liam Neeson put up a fight in Begins.

By the way. Tim Burton said he'd liked Nolans interpretations, as did Frank Miller. So swivel on that!

Well actually I beg to differ my friend becasue I talked about this with my film lecturer last month and he agreed that Nolans films would be better if they appealed to more younger people just more kid orientated really so a lot more people would like it.

Leave the serioussness for the batman cartoons.

You and your lecturer need to get off your holier-than thou high horses and accept the fact that this is the 21st century. Batman movies aren't for kids anymore, y'know. Look at Arkham Asylum, can you see a child playing it? Don't think so, the sight of Killer Croc or the Scarecrow would give them nightmares.

The Dark Knight is far from the best movie and it will always be overrated. I mean come on bale sounds like a cookie monster throughout the whole film.

Bale's Bat-voice may be annoying, but at least he doesn't spout off corny one-liners like Clooney did. He makes Batman sound intimidating, something Clooney and Kilmer NEVER attempted. And don't nitpick.

3. batman tas/mask of the phantasm
4. batman 89
5. batman forever

7. batman and robin

Nolan took inspiration from Heat for the interrogation scene. The Joker is simply pushing Batman to his breaking point, even though Batman KNOWS he would never cross that line, he has to decide to be within the boundaries of the law or become a criminal.

Shows what a little hippie bubble you live in.

The simple fact of the matter is the Dark Knight made not much sense in the long run.

Actually, it confronts what we as a society face a choice. We either stay within the boundaries and respect the law, or we become as bad as the criminals, rapists, paedophiles and psycho's across the world. Makes perfect sense to me.
