A goofy film by today's standard still, not a bad film for it's campiness.

I am very disappointed with being over half way through watching' The 7th Son ' and still waiting for something to happen which I can understand or be even slightly entertained.

Plenty of talented actors but the story is poo.

The director has no imagination.

I was so looking forward to watching a film with dragons in too.

Mother!

This movie has been criticized quite a bit, but I think that's because people want to understand it on literal terms.
A nameless woman and her poet husband are restoring an isolated house in the country, when a stranger is invited by the husband to live with them. Then the woman learns that their house guest, who is an obsessed fan of his poetry, is dying... then his wife joins them. Soon, it all becomes a Kafkaesque nightmare of where everyone seems to understand whats going on as more and more people come to the house, following a brutal murder in the house, except for the increasingly agitated wife. Things only become worse when she has a baby... Then, there's the mysterious crystal her husband keeps in his den.
For those who have a liking for surreal movies that leave you asking, WTF?" this is for you.
