I watched my VHS of Home Alone 3 last night. It wasn't bad, but hardly a match for the first two.

The first two I think are classics.

I love those movies. They are some of my favorite Christmas movies. The second is my personal favorite. If the injuries Daniel Stern and Joe Pesci's characters sustained in both movies were real, they would have died at least ten times each.

Lyst
made by the producers of Snarveien, my expectations were high; Snarveien was awesome, Lyst was boring and confusing

Mio, min Mio
my first view of this; the book was a childhood favorite, so I was excited to watch it

The Secret Life of Pets
The adventures of Ozzy

both were cute and fun

I saw "Thor: Ragnarok" yesterday. It was pretty good but not my favourite Marvel movie... Going to see "Black Panther" this weekend.

I really like the second one too. The toy store is like a dream. They are two of my favorite Christmas movies along with Christmas Vacation.

1980 horror film. The effects and gore haven't aged well, but it still packs enough spooky atmosphere.
An artist who has been tormented by lifelong nightmares has been convinced by her boyfriend to go on vacation with him, her brother, and sister-in-law, to escape the tension of her declining career, when she starts painting her nightmares. Flown out to a a deserted resort town on an island where the four will be spending their time away, the artist is convinced she's dreamed about the place. When she sleeps, people begin dying. She is insistent that the creature from her nightmares will continue to kill till it no longer needs her to exist, then it will kill her, too.
Note: this movie had actually predated A Nightmare On Elm Street by a few years.

Believe it or not this was one of the original DPP list of 39 'video nasties' in the UK.

Yes, I know.

How many of the thirty-nine have you seen?

So far, that's the only one for now.

Pretty decent but the gags get repetitive
