Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is very good, in fact, I'm starting to forget the original as I read the manga and watch the matching shows. The manga storyline is actually less freaky to me even though it's, if anything, more violent. But her story makes more sense than the one they had to come up with for the earlier anime. Both are good, both have plenty of humor, but I am enjoying Brotherhood more.

I was also pleased to find that they've made the last of the Inuyasha manga series into anime. I've watched them and found them at least as good as the earlier episodes.

Both of these can be watched with subtitles on Hulu, btw.

I also have to mention Galaxy Express 999. That was my first anime. I saw the movie years ago and it was SUPER freaky old 70s stuff... It just cracks me up to see it now, but it's not horrible, just... odd.

Anyone seen Higurashi/Umineko no Naku Koro Ni? That s**t is f****d up there, especially Umineko. Maria Ushiromya needs an exorcist, most definitely.

What anime are people watching at the moment, I have been watching what is being released at the moment. This includes Fairy Tail, K-ON! season 2, Durarara!!, Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, Working!, Angel Beats, Arakawa Under the Bridge and Kaichou wa Maid-sama. Well it is one episode a week, and most of the new ones (everything except Fairy Tail and Durarara) are only up to their second episode as the new season just started recently.

So far my favourites of this season is probably set at either Working! (for the amount of laughs) or Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou (for the intersting premise and funny twists).
Here is the op to Working!.

My favourite of last season was Baka To Test To Shoukanjuu, it was pretty funny stuff had me laughing quite a lot, at the moment I have an avatar from it, though Funimation seems to be trying hard to remove version of it on the internet, guess it is because they have rights to distribute it, I guess I can only wish that it makes it here to Australia. I will post it's op aswell.

FLCL
Trigun
Ouran High School Host Club
Axis Powers Hetalia
Shugo Chara!
Death Note
Just about any Miyazaki film
And lots more that I'm too lazy to mention.

There's just so much anime out there that I haven't been able to get around to watching all of them.
I've been meaning to check out Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann and Durarara for a while now but I don't know where I can watch/download the episodes.

I just got through with Genshiken a while ago, and I have to say that I really like that series. It shows the nature of the different types of otaku (cosplayers, doujinshi collectors, gamers, etc.) in a manner that isn't too demeaning of them despite making references to the negative aspects of otakuism (not a word, but you get my point). Maybe I'll check out Genshiken 2 on DVD someday.

Also, I've watched eight episodes of Magic Knight Rayearth 2 so far. It's much darker then it's predecessor, and I do think that it may end up being the better of the two.

Are we counting Miyazaki? His stuff, too, then.

While I am yet to see the actual anime (it's not yet out in Australia), Monster is currently my favourite manga.

After that, in rough order of appreciation, it goes, Death Note, Azumanga Daioh, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Dragonball. I also enjoyed the manga by Osamu Tezuka Black Jack.

Ah my Godess had a pretty funny villain, she pretty much failed all the time, in fact it was funny how she pretty much could be sent to do a mission by praticlly the devil and be rock music and lucked into submission. Also drunk Belldanady is funny.

He's the one I mentioned at the end of my post, Black Jack. He was created by Osamu Tezuka, the guy who did Astro Boy. He's basically Dr House if he was a medical mercenary. I got the first volume of the manga in time for my birthday, and I enjoyed it.
