I've compared myself to Felicia Tilman from Desperate Housewives. Like her I'm very cynical yet always polite and I tend to say really mean things about people, especially my brother. Also if anybody ever murdered or hurt someone in my family I wouldn't trust the police to get justice, I'd get justice in my own sneaky way. Plus Felicia gets refered to as "creepy" because of her quirky smile, something I can relate to.

in the army i was often called "gomer" [as in gomer pyle usmc]. later on i was called "mcfly."

george mcfly, the nerdy father of character marty mcfly in B2TF. i also was/am tall and awkward with sometimes weird hair which, cut to [barely] army length, resembled george mcfly's hairdo as well.

So I'm not the only one ! My best friend calls me "her Sheldon" or her "Luna Lovegood" (in Harry Potter, but I don't like Harry Potter so I don't know why).
My brother calls me "Lisa Simpson", I guess that's a good thing. I think most people are compared to TV characters as they are based on stereotypes so one can feel close to them and understand their personnality easily.

I would NEVER qualify for the Spock label. But I know I get some very particular "knowing" looks from my parents whenever we watch Big Bang Theory.

I am not diagnosed, BTW.

I may point out that Sheldon has AS sometime, though, to see what they think of that.

I have been called Sheldon by my family more times than I can remember or count. Some people at my school have also called me Spock even though I have never even met them. I believe they have heard me talk though.

I'm often compared to House but since I bought the box sets and my parents started watching it they gave out, complaining that I was simply acting like him and I was athiest because he was, completely disregarding the fact that I only watched it for a month (4 episodes) before getting the box sets.

Dexter Morgan is another character I'm occasionally compared to but only for pretending to be completely different to adults. I'm certainly not a "master of deception" or a serial killing vigilante .
