It seems to have digressed from which show is better to which has more "aspie like characters". I've watched plenty of both and I like Community better. I find it more entertaining and enjoy how it highlights and jokes about sitcom cliches. All the characters are diverse and funny in their own way, giving it some variety.

I used to love Big Bang Theory, especially since I could relate to Sheldon quite a bit. But then Sheldon kept getting more and more idiotic and childish and it started to make me angry just how much character regression there was on that show. Community is funny but in small doses and I like how they treat Abed's character. I like how all of the characters are "weird."

I like how they treat Abed's possible (read: very likely) AS and how they don't use his behavior as a joke so much as lightly making fun of his actual personality in relation to the others.

I've never have had a chance to watch Community, so therefore
Big Bang Theory does it for me.

If you haven't seen Community, definitely watch it. It's very well done and has some interesting ideas for episodes. If you have AS or you know someone who has it, you might become attached to the character of Abed. I like him because he's a lot like me except I blink more. Actually I'm also a lot like Troy.

I LOVE the IT Crowd. Moss is fantastic. I love how everyone on the show is not normal. It makes it a fun place to be.

I never heard of the community, but I watch BBT a lot. It explores the lives of scientists and physicists, unlike a lot of shows that explore the lives of singers and actors. It also has strong references to many well-known sci-fi and fantasy topics. The interactions between Penny, a NT, and the others are make the show for me.

I definately agree with this. The Big Bang Theory used to be my favourite TV show until I saw Community which blew me away. The Big Bang Theory is funny and all but there is nowhere near as much character development as there is in Community. Also Community has the best parody episodes I've seen and you can relate to all the characters in some way.
