Last night we watched:

Westworld [1973]
<=>"...Where nothing can possibly go worng!"

The movie is OK. I recommend avoiding the resort, though.

The Beast Within.

Great eighties horror! After talking about this last night with buddies while out drinking, I went home and watched it again. Highly recommended! Not to be confused with the more recent werewolf movie.

Last night we watched the sequel to Westworld:

Futureworld [1976]
<=>"Futureworld - If you can afford to go there, you're lucky.
<=+=> Futureworld If you can't, you may be luckier than you think."

We both thought it was OK.

Just sat through a movie on Netflix
Think it was called Don't Move

I didn't move either but it was 90 minutes of my life I'll never get back, I can tell you that much

Flight 7500 (2014)
watched on Svengoolie on Me TV

Interesting.
It starts out very normal, and then weird things start to happen. It all makes sense in the end.

Woman Of The Hour

Truly terrifying story of the serial killer Rodney Alcala

Well worth a look at and it's only a 90 minute movie too

I rewatched "The Bedford Incident" made in 1965. Excellent cold war movie. The tension building is terrific and it has an unforgettable ending.

war of the worlds [1953] on Blu-ray. very sharp but I think they under-did the lurid colors of the previous DVD. that was a bit of a let down. but at least it was in 5.1 surround sound and it had a bit more bass in the explosions.

a wrinkle in time, the wonderful Madeleine l'engle masterpiece, made into a decent film adaptation.

House (1977)

IMDB Description wrote:
A schoolgirl and six of her classmates travel to her aunt's country home, which turns out to be haunted.

I need to watch this again. While watching it, I thought it was from the 1980s because of the computer effects, but they were 1970s video effects. But then there were some film effects from 1930s.
Still, I need to watch this again because it was definitely unusual.

watched on HBOMax, but also available on YouTube and Plex TV.

Opus.

A young, African American journalist has the opportunity to reveal the return of a rock music idol after more than two decades. But what she and the other reporters discover is an insane cult revolving around this musician, that includes murder and terror.
Pretty good A24 movie.
