I just watched the first episode, that's the weirdest TV show I think I've ever seen. But for shows that make absolutely no sense Ed, Edd N Eddy is far better!

Lol, mind you don't get hooked!
Ed, Edd N Eddy are pretty cool too but the guy with the chickens was pretty creepy (to me at least)

Haha, it was too weird for my taste!

I found Rolf (chicken guy) hilarious, although Ed was the funniest :P

Adventure Time is awesome though!! I like the theme tune too :P
JAWBREAKERRS!! :D

Imagine jawbreakers that size in real life 8O

Oh gee, they'll be mouthbreakers instead of jawbreakers lol

You'd need somewhere to store it too for when you got sick of it :p

Imagine how tiring it'd be trying to finish one of those lol

Would be a serious challenge, I'd give it a good go :D

If I finished one of jawbreakers I wouldn't go through my front door :P

Jawbreakers just dissolve into liquid so you'd be alright in 3-4 hours :P

All that sugar lol

The sugar rush would be epic.

Oh yes. If I had that much sugar I'd probably destroy my house.
Last time I had a sugar rush I was shredding my guitar doing screamo vocals. It was 3 in the morning as well. My mom was not impressed :P

Haha nice, unusual time for a sugar rush at 3 in the morning :P. I tend to load all my sugar (mostly caffeine) just before I race so I don't do any destruction!

I was jetlagged so I was up :P I don't usually have sugary foods but I get what you mean, I eat loads of carbs the night before I have sports matches :)

Fair enough! I eat normally before my racing, no specific diet haha!

We've virtually hijacked this thread aha, so Adventure Time, a weird TV show that I most likely won't watch again :P

Why the heck do I like this show? Isn't it for 14 year olds? Or do I just love imaginary worlds that much? :P

My kids watch it. I've seen bits and pieces and it's pretty funny.

Adventure Time is awesome, when I get bored enough again, I'll watch the new season and I hopefully won't be disappointed, which is something that keeps happening with the few shows I still like. I think my standards have been getting too high. But, nonetheless, the point I want to drive clear is that Adventure Time is simply and truly, the bee knees and the ill-est of the dill-est. The show can get really deep sometimes and it's very emotionally satisfying to watch, if that makes any sense.

EDIT: After reading this whole thread, apparently, people have trouble understanding the show. I suppose my five-lifetimes worth of Internet exposure has made me immune to it's strangeness, because it makes compete sense to me, it's just quirky.

If it makes no sense then you must love anime. I've seen a few of those and they make absolutely no sense.

And I know exactly what you mean redrobin.

What if it's secretly genius?

It kind of is.
A lot of the plot in the first 4 Seasons is mostly subtle, with only occasional episodes being totally upfront. There are plenty of hints at certain things, like what's known as The Great Mushroom War, though a lot more has been revealed now but before that happened, it was just a few quick mentions of it here and there, some flashbacks with brief glimpses of things.
It's nearing the end of the fifth Season now, which has probably seen the most plot progression but isn't as subtle.
It's definitely a weird show but it does make sense. Although there is plenty that we don't have answers for yet.
People have come up with their theories for plots and stand alone episodes as well, some of them are really interesting and well thought out. Some things that seem meaningless can later be revealed as very important.

So it's not the kind of show where you need to follow the plot to enjoy it but it makes it so, so much better when you do. And someone who doesn't understand the story is are really missing out.

Reviving the thread (I hope). :)

Vote for "creepiest" episode (I know there's a lot to choose from) and why.

I say "All the Little People" because of Finn's actions with the miniatures. You have to wonder what drove him to mess with their lives--was he running different scenarios he wanted to see with the actual people? (His behavior in "Frost and Fire" made me think the same thing.)
