Lost
Game Of Thrones
How I Met Your Mother
Two Broke Girls
Friends
Bones
Duck Dynasty

And all the others I've never seen, and probably never will.

Northern Exposure-- to my mind, one of the absolute worst shows ever, right up there with Little House on the Prairie.

Oh, yeah, and NCIS I've never watched a single episode of, yet according to whatever channel it's on, it's the most watched show on TV.

Well, we've certainly got something in common, as I don't watch those shows, either.

I can't watch shows on cable cuz I don't have cable. I can't watch shows on Netflix cuz I still have dial-up Internet. I've always wanted to see "Game of Thrones", but I read it has alot of sex in it, and I don't like that (I'm very old-fashioned and I just think that's private). I'm a PBS junkie but I don't like most British dramas, to include Downton Abbey. I LOVE "Doc Martin" and "Call the Midwife", though.

Shows that everyone but me watches:

  • Friends
  • Downton Abbey
  • How I Met Your Mother
  • Modern Family
  • Lost
  • The Good Wife
  • Glee
  • The Mentalist
  • Grey's Anatomy
  • Game of Thrones
  • The Simpsons
  • Anything on the WB----if that's where "The Simpsons" is.
  • Reality Shows
  • Most of the "find a star" shows, like "So You Think You Can Dance"
  • Dr. Who (though I've always wanted to see it----BUT, I've read it's British so my hopes were deflated)
  • Soap Operas (I don't like shows where you have to see EVERY one, or you'll be lost).
There's a BAZILLION more!! !

Downton Abbey

Reason: The first season was great, but after that it turned into a soap opera.

Once Upon A Time

Reason: IMO, Once Upon A Time is a crappy rip-off of The Avengers, except with fairy tale characters.

How I Met Your Mother

Reason: Even with Neil Patrick Harris, How I Met Your Mother should have been better off as a movie or a TV mini-series.
At least the show is FINALLY ending this season with the main character marrying the woman who will become the "mother."

Revenge

Reason: The Count Of Monte Cristo re-imagined as a dumb erotic thriller. Need I say more?

I'll add:

Modern Family
The Mentalist
Most "reality shows"
Two And A Half Men
Game Of Thrones
House Of Cards
NCIS

I had a lot in common with someone else's answer so I quoted it and cut-n-pasted part of it.

I have no interest in watching any of these:

The Walking Dead
True Blood
Game of Thrones
Lost
Orange is the New Black

newer Doctor Who episodes
Gotham
The Flash
Grey's Anatomy
NCIS
whatever
American Family
any reality show

The only one I've actually seen is a few episodes of Grey's Anatomy, which I didn't hate but don't like enough to spend time watching it, and one newer Dr. Who episode which I liked quite a bit. But I haven't heard anything else about the new Dr. Who to make me spend time watching it.

To the person I quoted: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine was awesome. Star Trek: Voyager had good moments, but also many lame plots and a serious surplus of technobabble.

[quote="Draka"]Based on the movie thread with the similar title.

I'll admit, this might not work because there are so very many television shows, so let's limit it to shows with very large and/or very devoted fan bases, or just list the genre. Feel free to include older shows of the same criteria that for whatever reason, you never watched. If you want, include shows (doesn't have to be popular shows) that you want to see, but haven't been able to for lack of time, Netflix, etc.

Some of the ones I have/had no interest in:
The Walking Dead
True Blood
Game of Thrones
Lost
Most comedies
All reality shows

Saw some episodes of, but didn't care for:
Battlestar Galatica

Ones I want to see:
Supernatural
Classic Doctor
Star Trek: DS9, most of Voyager, most of TOS[i]
