Godziilla.

Other than the fact that Godzilla only shows up for the second half of the movie, and that Brian Cranston isn't in it for very long, the monster fight scenes are worth the price of admission. I especially liked how, instead of giving the audience the God's view overhead of the giant monsters, we see everything from a human perspective - looing up at the gigantic titans, that are often obscured by smoke and dust clouds.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Finally had an opportunity to see this yesterday and wow...it was certainly worth the price of admission. Despite the fact that Bucky Barnes {AKA: The Winter Soldier} doesn't have much screen time, the fight scenes between Captain America and Bucky are the best parts of the movie. The banter between Captain America and Natasha were worth the humor in the movie, along with Robert Redford stealing scene after scene as main villain Alexander Pierce.

Me too. Definitely worth the price of admission. I enjoyed seeing Robert Redford again.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2

I just returned from seeing this and it was not as good as The Amazing Spider-Man, but much better than Spider-Man 3. It was certainly worth the price of admission mainly for Jamie Foxx's performance as Electro, but Andrew Garfield gave a better performance as Spider-Man.

Pompeii.

Surprisingly good! As a history buff, I find myself knitpicking the errors in historical movies, but in this case, I found myself overlooking them. Lots of great sword fighting, even though a lot of liberties were taken with the valcanic blast (the city being flooded by a sunami). Kiefer Sutherland made an excellent villain - a former Roman military comander who had murdered the lead character's tribe, only in later years to become a nefarious Roman senator.

In the mouth of madness (1994)

Not bad, but not perfection either. Still a great movie though. Worth a watch

I am watching My Favorite Year (1982). Peter O'Toole was great in the part of Allan Swann.
