Everest. It was so good. But I cried so hard. Tomorrow I'm going to see Despicable Me 2 in a theatre as part of a charity day. Admission is free and snacks and drinks are $2 apiece. I'm so excited.

I recently watched "Hannibal Rising". It's not as bad as others said.
And Halloween (1978). How could I've missed this? I'm in love with that movie. I think I'm going to start a marathon.

Bridge Of Spies

Despite having a run-time of 2 1/2 hours, this was a very good movie with a usually outstanding performance
from Tom Hanks as a lawyer who is recruited by the CIA to negotiate the release of an American pilot shot down over Russia during the Cold War. Based on actual events, Steven Spielberg directed.

I've never seen Beyond Thunderdome, but Mad Max: Fury Road was amazing! I don't recall holding onto the sides of my seat so much because of the intensity of the action.

I love Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, but a lot of people don't like it because it's rated PG-13 and the second half has Max joined by a bunch of kids. At times it feels like it was made by Steven Spielberg or Jim Henson. It's a far cry from The Road Warrior and Fury Road. I recommend watching it, but set your expectations accordingly.
