I started watching the Truman show in English (The one good aspect of GCSE Coursework) and was thinking `What would I do if I discovered all this weird stuff` and `How would I get out` and I reckon that I would get a gun, and discharge it in to the air... the problem with that is that there probably is no guns in NewHaven, so I would threaten an actor, and get back stage.... Then steal an actors car, and disguise myself... I'm curious as to what everybody else would do?

I'd likely do as the character did.

Once the truth of his life was exposed, how could he go on ignoring that everything he did was being recorded and watched by millions?

maybe if he were placed back in that situation, he could just look at the camera daily and say, "this is not real, and i know it isn't. nothing is as it seems. you've placed me in the center of a lie." there would be no reason for the audience to watch any more, since they were fascinated by the ultimate "reality show." they would have to let him go then.

That's pretty much what I'd do.

Sailing to the "edge of the world" wouldn't even register as an option to me.
