Watched the cat from outer space, without his collar he his basically liek a normal cat. I just relized , without thumbs, or hands or anything, how was his kind able to make the collars which gave the, telekensis?

The cats from outer space must have lived in the houses of people from outer space,
and the people from outer space made the collars just like they do on earth. :idea:

yes but.....
they needed collars to do mental stuff
they could not make them without some hand like structure

Maybe the cats had just enough telekinetic power to assemble a psi collar, and then the psi collar enhanced that ability.

Maybe where the cats come from, they can use their telekenises, and their collars are just allowing them to recreat the conditions to do it elsewhere. Or they used to be more "evolved" but as they had technology that could do everything for them, their species become much more comfertable suitable in evolving to be cat like, and the collars take up any other need of lack ofhands.
