Anyone know where I can find Captain Planet online?

This is actually the first time youtube has failed me. I have looked, however, I seem to find only some episodes, but not others. I have found the entire Ducktales series, the entire Aladdin series, the entire TaleSpin series, even entire telenovelas, yet I cannot find all the Captain Planet series? Anyone know where I could. I just don't see why they don't release these things on dvd! I'd be willing to pay anything for them.
