Has anyone ever noticed that the music that is played for Maleficent, sounds a little similar to the music that was played for the Ark of the Covenant? You may remember hearing Maleficant's theme clearly when Aurora is following that green glowing ball. Actually that raises another question. Was Aurora hynotised or just curious? Also in the scene where she dances with the owl dressed up like Prince Phillip, does she know it's the owl? I think the answer is obviously yes but she looked kinda suprised when Phillip took her.
