While I'm not a fan of autism being a subject in any show. Here would be my take on how autism should be portrayed in Family Guy:

Meg feels lonely that no one likes her (filled with comedic examples of people grossed out by her.) Finally, she meets a young man at school, around her age and has autism. Despite his quirky and somewhat unusual attitude, Meg takes a liking to him since he didn't reject her and should affection for her in his own way.

Finally one day, Connie D'Amico and her popuar friends tease and humiliate Meg and her autistic friend one day. Thus upsets the autistic man and he beats the holy hell out of her friends and Connie as well. However, his actions get him expelled and sent to a different school as a result. However before leaving he says goodbye to Meg and the two remain friends.

This is just my take on what Family Guy should do on the subject of Autism...

That sounds good.

However, it does resemble the episode where she fell hard for Brian.

Throw in a 6 minute long fight between Peter and the Chicken and we've got an episode.

We already have an episode.
The episode where Chris (a socially awkward boy) gets suspended from camp until Peter protests, and decides to go to New York to reinstate Chris (or something like that). Their car breaks down at an indian Casino, where Lois spends all their money on Gambling. Peter has to get their money back by going on a spiritual journey with Chris. Chris is revealed to have a special talent for drawing.
Any episode involving Chris is a autism episode in my opinion.
