"Weeds" is one of the most brilliant shows in existence. It is comedic genius and has fantastic characters.
The first 3 seasons were the best but the whole series is wonderful.
It is one of the most original plots that I have ever seen. It is nearly impossible to predict the endings because they are always so bizarre.
They play painstakingly funny songs at the most dramatic and inappropriate times.
The language is filthy and you learn a lot about weed in the show. That means the show is educational.

Because of this show I have dreamed of growing and dealing weed like Silas.
Yes, I know that it is not as romantic as it is in the show.

In season 5 I realized that Nancy Botwin was a selfish b***h and now dislike the character.
Silas,Shane and Andy are some of the most lovable characters.
Silas is a beautiful and sensitive weed farmer with a weak spot for the female sex.
Shane is a very deep genius with emotional and physiological problems and an adolescent murderer.
Andy is a lovable and charming gentleman with a talent in the field of culinary arts and a heart of gold.

This show is one of my obsessions and I can quote nearly every line.
Weeds deserves repetitive views and will get that from me.

Why the word b***h which means female dog edited but not the word ass or BS?

No one seems to care about a brilliant out-of-the-box show.

The Criminal minds thread and the anime thread got more responses than this.
I can see nobody care about my obsessions.

My parents bought me Weeds Season Three on DVD for my last birthday. Since I haven't even seen Season One yet I can't bring myself to watch it (I have to watch things in order when I own them  ) it looks like a funny show though and I enjoy marijuana humor

A friend raved about it, and got me to watch it.

Thought it was ok.

Months later she seems to have lost interest in the show.

It's ok, but not the best. Not even the best show currently on TV. I'd but put Breaking Bad, Mad Men and Doctor Who (though that's really just a matter of personal preference, since it's too different to really compare) far ahead of it as far as shows still on the air. As far as shows off the air, the list is virtually endless, but certainly including The Wire, Oz, and The Sopranos

I've never seen it but comedies have a hard time matching Community, in my opinion.

I have a friend that loves that show and thought I should watch it but I haven't yet. Maybe I will someday.

My favorite original series from the premium cable channels were Oz and Queer as Folk.

It would actually be considered a dramedy.

I completely understood the shows humor more than any other show.
it seems like my interests are not very common among aspies.

KenM-
I could argue that your avatar was inspired by illegal drugs.
The creator of the Muppet's had to smoking something to come up with such strange characters.
I personally don't understand why Weed is illegal. It actually makes me feel quite happy.

The first 3 seasons are the best in my opinion.

Banging the Mexican drug lord was not very good writing.
I did find the scenes to be quite sexy.

Watched most of it, I think 5 seasons. I heard after that it isn't very good so I am done. Probably not the best influence, lol ,from how that is one of the big reasons I want to smoke now. But it will be legal soon enough in missouri.

I know this is in the wrong section can someone let a moderator know.

I was just now randomly got logged out, So I logged back in clicked on discussion board... and it says I need to log back in. I have done that 6 TIMES! I am only able to post this here because its under my recent posts and I went through this way... its very frustrating. Dunno if I am doing something wrong. PM me if you figure it out, or I will pm a moderator if it somehow starts working

I even tried closing the tab and reopening wrongplanet to see if that would help and it didn't.

I use safari if that matters

Yeah, the first three seasons were excellent! I started watching the show from the beginning because I was a fan of Angels in America, and she and Andy were on it.
