I almost never laugh at any of the jokes. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate it a negative twenty. Even the teletubbies have a greater entertainment value. (OK, I may have been exaggerating but if you've watched even a nanosecond of the program you'd catch my drift)

Heh... I laughed only a few times, I recorded the episode on sunday. The only part I laughed was when Haily was daired by the fish to run around outside nakid and was told to 'say it' and she said 'Racoons took my penis.' heheh, that was the only time I laughed.

Anyways, I like family guy, but American dad, well its entertaining but not that funny. I am surprised it has not been canceled.

American Dad rocks. Allthough you americans may not think of it as funny, most people in Europe thinks that Stan Smith is a hillarious stereotype of the average american. :P

American Dad is a very good show!

I like that Stan looks like my high school chemistry teacher, who was very cool.

Speak for yourself.

American Dad is terrible. But then what can we expect from Seth's B-show when his A-show has gone down the shitter creatively?

I like the anti-establishment aspect and it does have its moments but it's just not as funny as Family Guy

its not a great show, but its not a horrible one. It has its moments which are enough to get me to watch it. I did love the Family Guy/American Dad cross over parts. Though I can only recall one at the moment it was cool

The first few episodes were a letdown, but I kept on watching and eventually it suddenly got better.

I like it because it has a lot of unconventional humor and good pacing. I like it better than Family Guy - this show is deeper, while Family Guy has become a bit too random and cruel to bear.

Patrick Stewart is hilarious!

I'd pick this to watch out of the shows on Fox lately.

It's alright, but I prefer Family Guy.

A friend of mine said that American Dad "is where bad Family Guy jokes go to die", which sums up my sentiments exactly.

I don't like it as much as I like Family Guy. But I have to say that Klaus and Roger are cool characters.

I do watch American Dad. It's not a such a bad show but I have to admit I like Family Guy a lot better!

i actually think it's starting to surpass Family Guy in certain areas. it's certainly more consistent and actually has jokes that're inherent to the story, instead of the random cut-and-paste throw-it-at-the-wall-and-pray-it-sticks humor of Family Guy.

not to mention anything that comes out of the alien, the fish's, or Patrick Stewart's mouth is comedy gold.

i'm starting to get bored of family guy, it seems that although the stories change the jokes never do. it's always "remember when blah blah random gag". i still chuckle and sometimes laugh but it's not the stuff that almost brought me to tears like what was in the first few.

american dad on the other hand does seem to have alot of new stuff and although it's not random and unexpected, it's more intelligent and well paced. I don't know which i like better but i do enjoy american dad.
