This movie is about an Aspie baseball player.

Pretty cool that a character with Asperger's is portrayed as something more positive than a school shooter.
Maybe the only unrealistic thing about the movie's premise is an Aspie with athletic ability and physical coordination.

Not really. There's plenty of aspies who are good at sports or who have good physical coordination. It's slightly unusual, but definitely not unheard of. I think there's a documentary out there about an elite surfer with Aspergers. I enjoy playing sports myself, and while I wouldn't say that I'm great at them, I was better than average at most sports played in gym classes growing up, and I tend to do pretty well for myself in casual games of touch football.

Okay. I'm one of those Aspies not blessed with athletic ability, due to excessive clumsiness. I sucked at sports in school, and only excelled in weight training in my college years and after, because..., well, weight training involves only picking up heavy things.
