Pretty much speaks for itself.

Mine is "Epic Movie." The commercials in themselves are HILARIOUS!

I still have yet to see Borat, since I have a profound fascination with that part of the world.

Airplane!-crazy spoof movie

movies i want to see...*goes on imdb to search for movies* pan's labyrinth and the prestige.

the prestige recieved high ratings and pan's reminds me of my life(with the imagining you're in a story thing)

I've seen both Amelie and Airplane! They are both very good.

It's not an accurate representation of "that part of the world." If it was, it wouldn't be so funny.

You should see it anyway.

Here's what's on my "to see" list:

-300: http://movies.yahoo.com/feature/300.html (DAAAAMN those are some nice visuals.)
-Perfume: http://www.apple.com/trailers/dreamworks/perfume/
-Curse of the Golden Flower. http://www.apple.com/trailers/sony/curseofthegoldenflower/hd/
-Casshern. http://www.apple.com/jp/quicktime/trailers/casshern_large.html (Will this movie EVER be imported to the US in ANY form?)
-Snow Cake. (It's about Autism, so I await the DVD.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOWfcnJPC6A
-Hot Fuzz: http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1809425690/trailer
-Fido. (It's like Shaun of the Dead mixed with Leave it to Beaver. The zombie serves as a family's, er, pet. No trailer yet, sorry.)
-Spider-Man 3. http://www.apple.com/trailers/sony_pictures/spider-man_3/
-The Golden Compass. (Loved the book. No trailer yet though.)
-Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/harrypotterandtheorderofthephoenix/hd/
-Little Children http://www.apple.com/trailers/newline/littlechildren/ (I like Kate Winslet...)
-Renaissance. http://www.apple.com/trailers/miramax/renaissance/

On my Netflix queue (not all of them are out yet):
-The Protector (yay for Tony Jaa and his superstunts!)
-The rest of the Fullmetal Alchemist anime series, plus the film (the only anime I like, pretty much)
-Little Miss Sunshine (got a lot of praise from film geeks)
-Thank You for Smoking (ditto)
-They Came Back (it's a non-zombie movie. Look it up to get what I mean.)
-Lilya 4-Ever (thanks for the recommendation Starbuline!)
-Dark Star (hippies in space? My dad remembers it from a long time ago and wants to see it again)
-Gandhi (never seen it. Need to!)
-This Film is Not Yet Rated (about the EEEEVILS and INJUSTICE of the MPAA!! !)
-Jesus Camp (about an evil creepy super hardcore Christian camp. Part real documentary, part horror film)
-The Last Kiss (probably bad but I like Zach Braff, so I'm giving it a shot)
-Pi: Faith in Chaos (one of the earlier works of the director of The Fountain, which I loved)
-Snakes on a Plane (I'll probably hate it, but I'm giving it a try and try to laugh at it)
-Rain Man (only seen PART of this)
-Flags of Our Fathers (I'm watching it for the good visuals and the exposure of all the corruption and falsehoods dealing with the flag-photo)
-Farce of the Penguins (Samuel L. Jackson narrates this fetishy mockumentary about sex-crazed penguins.)
-Casino Royale (Bond done right?)
-Babel (it's basically Crash: International Edition. Or something. I loved Crash so I'll give this a shot.)
-Flushed Away (probably won't be good, but then I said that about the Wallace & Gromit movie, which was great)
-The Departed (supposed to be good)
-Man of the Year (political comedy from the people who did Wag the Dog, yay)
-For Your Consideration (probably not as good as Best in Show, but I still like Christopher Guest's mockumentaries so I'll try it)
-Stranger Than Fiction (I may hate Will Farrel but this movie looks interesting!)

Uh... whoa. You'll be at that list for quite some time, friend...

Is this thread only for new movies? Because the one I want to see is from the 70's or 80's.

Plauge Dogs- It seems to only be alavable in the UK. Maybe I can throw a huge hissy fit and make my mom get it off eBay for me.

I would like to see some John Cleese films like "A Fish Called Wanda" and "Clockwise."

By what I read of "Clockwise" it's about a man obsessed with time.

A bit like me when I was younger. I always looked to see what the time was :)

La Reine Margot - it's french, based on a book (one i HAVEN'T read, so it isn't spoiled ) and has everything apart from a nuclear disaster, and that's only because they weren't invented then.

Strictly ballroom - It's Australian and about Ballroom dancing, the tans need to be seen to be believed.

Serenity - A space western, carries on from Firefly, which is amazing.

Dog Soldiers - A group of soldiers on a training exercise encounter werewolves, very amusing.

Donnie Darko - Great film AND great music.

Indiana Jones - Most people have probably already seen it, but it's still good no matter how many times you watch it, i know.

Shaft in Africa is a great movie. It's so bad, that it's good.
