my friend bet me $100 I could not watch all of kiss x sis without alerting my younger my younger cousin, who is only 13, or my overly strict dad who hates anime. (I have to do it in the living room without headphones) If I can do it without getting kicked out (because my dad would kick me out as i'm not paying rent). i get too keep the hundred; if i lose i have to pay a hundred dollars And my fat ass has run around the block in my underwear ( and no one wants to see that xD).

Sounds like a dick move from your friend. He's goading you into pissing off your dad and possibly getting thrown out and making a fool of yourself by running around the block in underwear (can you get intro trouble with authorities for that?), and all that for only $100. And there's bound to be someone making a video of you running around in underwear who will post it on the interwebs and it will be there for the rest of your life. Now why would your friend want to pay you $100? Because he wants to see you get in trouble.
There's a video on youtube of someone who was goaded by his "friends" to eat crap (literally) for $50.

I'd be more concerned with why your dad still has control over what you watch and would kick you out just for watching something he doesn't like. And that person does not sound like a true friend. It's not just a fun bet, it's something that could result in you being homeless.
