I want to buy this dvd http://www.amazon.com/Mighty-Morphin-Po ... er+rangers but I have 2 questions:

1) I live in the UK. What type of dvd player would I have to use?

2) The cost is $72.96 which in english is £45.81. Is that the amount of money that'll come out of my account?

The product info on the page says it's a region 1 DVD.
The UK is grouped in region 2, as part of Europe,
Unless you have a mutli-region DVD player (which are scarce at the moment. I know because I've been wanting to buy one so I can get region 1 DVDs. I don' think they're sold anymore) or a region 1 player, then the DVD won't work.
But, you may be able to play it on your laptop. Make sure your laptop can play DVDs before you buy it, but usually the laptop will ask you to a select a region before it plays the DVD. You can only change regions up to 3 times before it won't let you do it anymore. Please note that I don't keep uptodate with laptops and stuff, so maybe this feature has changed. However, you may want to look into this. What my siblings do is use their region 2 dvd players to watch dvds brought in the UK, and keep their laptops permanetly on region 1 so that they can watch their imported DVDs.

I miss Power Regions....oops, Rangers!
