Wanted to know who can relate to acting in life like this as I went 30 something years in life without anyone picking up that i was autistic but this movie is supposed to be a true representation of AS and im not like that. these people wouldn't have "flown under the radar" as i did.

I know its a spectrum but it must be a bloody broad spectrum.

Are most people on WP like this or could they pass as normal.

is this movie an exaggeration?

Not seen the movie, no idea what it's about, but some people go under the radar because they are good at masking and blending in, or they grew up somewhere where their family, friends and education system didn't pick up on it/weren't clued up on picking up ASD.

It seemed to me that they were trying to show aspects of people on the spectrum in a movie script and sacrificed reality for romantic comedy.

I think they tried hard and failed--if the goal was to create a very realistic portrayal of aspergers. On the other hand, there were things that I recognized in there. But it wasn't a documentary. It was exaggerated.
