My favourite Filipino movie ever is "Elvis and James", which starred Joey DeLeon as Elvis Presto, and Rene Requestas as James D. It is a comedy spoof of American Elvis Presley movies, where Elvis (whose hero is Elvis Presley) and James (whose hero is James Dean) are a couple of middle aged guys who decide to go back to high school.

I haven't seen any Filipino movies, but those clips were funny! Thanks.

I do like to watch foreign films.
Luckily my daughter does too, generally.
My tastes in foreign and indie films is much broader than hers though.
