Do Criterion DVDs ever have FBI warnings on them?

I'm a little suspicious because I just purchased a Criterion DVD off the internet and there is an FBI warning on it. This is the first Criterion DVD I have ever seen that has an FBI warning on it. The DVD is "Solaris". It's possible that the version that I bought off the internet is a bad quality bootleg, but I'm not sure. If anybody owns the Criterion version of this film let me know if it has an FBI warning on it.

I don't believe my criterion laserdiscs do...

No, kidding. I don't have any of their DVD's but I'm curious: did you buy it at a third party online store or something?
