After watching the latest episode of Community, I think it's for certain that Abed has Asperger's. He always had that innate ability to look at the little details no one else ever sees and point them out to people not realizing how offensive he's being and the writers put that to good use in the episode. I'm not a fan of Mean Girls but I think it's brilliant that he became the girls' unwitting secret weapon.

I seem to remember them mentioning he has Asperger's. Either way he definitely does.
