Hi everyone,

My name is Anita. I think this website is really really cool. I have been exploring around it and I love it. I can't wait for my son, Tyler, to get home to try out the Aspie Chess game. He loves chess. Anyway, my son has AS and ADHD. He was originally diagnosed with PDD nos Aut, but he's made leaps and bounds and is really amazing and now is dx'd as Asperger's and ADHD. He is 10. I was reading some of the stories on the message boards and it is so encouraging to hear success. :D

haha -- I had no idea that it didn't actually show the emoticons in the text until you post -- that shows you how computer illiterate I am :lol:

I have As, as does my 8 year old son and my husband (who is Duncvis on here).

Don't worry about your computer skills- if you are at all unsure about what you've posted you can always preview it first then the smilies will appear how they will in your post (and you can always edit your post after if you have made a mistake- there is an edit post button at the top of all your messages) :)

Feel free to contact me sometime if he wants someone to play with on Yahoo Games. I'm hoping that I'll eventually play enough games there to have an official (non-provisional) ranking at some point in time.
