millie here. (real name camilla.) from northern nsw. I keep meaning to join up with one of the brisbane groups - I am a member gary burge's facebook group - sunshower goes there - based at the uni. Or to meet up with the gold coast group...but alas, whenever the time comes around - i decide not to go. funny that!

BUT. there is a women and girls day planned for March 2010 which will be held in Brisbane.
i'll make an effort and attend that.

hey again to the thread. sorry to but in, but after a break due to family matters i am back, and am still looking at organising a perth meet.

Only had one response so far. TO give you all an update. Have no idea on numbers location or activity. so if you could add an idea to your message that would be grouse.

Well i'm from TAS! Up in the North-West.

Yes mate i've been Diagnosed here in Tas. By a woman called Robyne Lennon. Sadly It's true most of the people who diagnose are on the mainland. Even with my recent(Just over a year ago) diagnosis i've been told to go to the mainland to get a more detailed expert assesment! Sadly the support for Asperges here really SUCKS!

I've only met 1 person (ever) who had aspergers. It only lasted for an hour. I really would like to meet more people. I feel really alone in this world, if you know what i mean.
